Refund policy
Returns:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items must also be in their original packaging.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange it for the same item in another size or another model please send us an email (m16customerservice@gmail.com) and we will gladly review your request.

Refunds (if applicable) :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up tp 10 business days for processing.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow up tp 10 business days for processing.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and are final sale.
Customer is responsible for paying return shipping cost and new items shipping cost back to customer. Customer is excluded to shipping cost only if the item is defective. If the items are defective we will provide a shipping label for customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We ask our customers to always ship out with tracking number this way they can monitor the package in case something happens to it. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
