RETURNS

Customers can only exchange items they wish to return. Only if the item is unworn and unaltered and within 7 days of having received your order. If you would like to return or exchange your order, please email m16customerservice@gmail.com with your order # and item you'd like to return. We will follow up with instructions on how to complete your exchange.

Final Sale Items: Any items purchased on sale, flash sale, or with discount code are final sale. Automatic discounts at checkout are included.

All returns should be shipped in protective material with a tracking number to avoid damage or getting lost. We are not responsible for lost orders without accurate tracking information.Orders must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receiving order. Please include a copy of your receipt and returns form in the package. We reserve the right to not accept returns for jewelry that has been worn or altered in any way or not sent within our return policy time frame.

Please allow 1-3 days business days for returns and exchanges to be processed. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
